
Michelle Argentina is a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC). In individual therapy, Michelle employs an integrative therapy approach, drawing on her training in several modalities. She primarily draws on her training from EMDR and parts work to address trauma, depression, and anxiety. Additionally, Michelle offers Ketamine Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP) to complement individual therapy. Michelle has extensive experience in facilitating mental health and recovery-based therapy groups. She appreciates the profound healing that can be accomplished through connection with others in group therapy.
While earning her Master of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Texas Tech University, Michelle completed her clinical training at a women’s residential facility in Houston, where she supported clients dealing with addiction and co-occurring mental health diagnoses.
Michelle is committed to helping adults navigate life, build resilience, and enhance their mental health toolkit. She grounds her work on the belief that everyone is not only deserving but also capable of healing and developing resilience to live their best lives.
