Financial Assistance

We realize that treatment can be a significant expense and that many people are not able to access our services due to financial limitations. Through our relationship with a private donor we are able to offer scholarships for patients to attend the Petoskey Center Intensive Outpatient Program. 

If you find yourself unable to afford our program, please feel free to complete the following application. After you complete the application, we will contact you to schedule the initial intake and to discuss financial options. From there, if you are a good fit for the program, we will finalize the financial assistance.
