What is the Alumni Group?
The Petoskey Center is now offering a free Alumni group for former IOP patients to connect and re-connect with fellow patients.
Support in your Journey
At the Petoskey Center, we recognize that the road to healing is challenging. Based on years of experience helping people who have traveled their own paths through treatment, we also know that the friendships and experiences shared with other patients are an invaluable part of that healing journey.
Goals of the Group
This group is a peer-driven network that provides accountability, service, and encouragement in order to promote long-term mental wellness for our patients.
The Alumni group hosts monthly support group meetings and plans a variety of activities including volunteer and more socially-oriented events (i.e., bowling night, memorial park walks, etc.) for all to attend.
