Filling the Gaps ... Helping to Find Solutions!
Our mission is to fill a critical treatment gap between individual therapy and acute inpatient hospitalization. Our intensive outpatient programs are designed to help people gain the skills and self-awareness necessary to regain control of their lives.
Who we serve...
Our program is designed for adults who are struggling with severe depression, anxiety, relational struggles, trauma, and/or personality disorders. Our patients tend to be highly capable individuals who are having difficulty making their way effectively in the world at this stage in their lives.
Some of our patients are attempting to reduce the likelihood of future hospitalization while others are transitioning back into the community following inpatient or residential treatment.

What is an Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP)?
An IOP can serve as a catalyst for patient's treatment, shoring up patients' skills and self-understanding so they can more effectively participate in their individual therapy and in their lives in general.
Oftentimes patients feel they need more support and/or structure than what is available in their once or twice weekly individual therapy sessions. They, along with their therapist, may consider acute hospitalization to regain a sense of stability and hope.
Unfortunately, they often realize that acute hospitalization does not provide well-rounded, in-depth treatment they are looking for and longer term hospitalization proves to be extremely expensive, requiring significant time away from work, school, and family responsibilities.
Our programming provides patients with a short-term, cost-effective, and intensive treatment option while allowing them to continue meeting their responsibilities (as much as possible) in their communities.
