Program Fees
The program fee is $4500 for each the six week cycle. Each cycle includes approximately 9 hours of groups per week and one individual team meeting per week with the patient's team leader.
Payment Schedule
A non-refundable $300 deposit is due upon signing up for the program. 50% of the program fee is due on the first day of the program. The remaining 50% of the program fee is due the second week of the program.
Although we are an out-of-network provider, patients have been able to negotiate payment with their insurance company to reduce the out-of-pocket expense. Some carriers require pre-authorization to allow for reimbursement so we strongly encourage you to speak to your insurance carrier to find out more about your options.
